GOODE CONNECTION

Goode Connection is an educational space offering resources for people who want to better understand themselves and reconnect with who they are.

These offerings are educational in nature. They are not therapy, a substitute for therapy, and do not establish a therapeutic relationship. If you are interested in therapy, you can learn more on the therapy page.

Courses and modules are offered through Teachable, a secure online platform where you can purchase and access materials at your own pace.

Returning to You:

From Codependency & Anxious Attachment

to Self-Connection

In this self-paced course, I gently guide you from the anxiety of focusing on others and the pain of losing yourself toward the calm of reconnecting with yourself.

Throughout the course, you deepen your self-awareness and understanding while learning practical tools.

Each module includes short video lessons, reflection worksheets, guided meditations, and practical tools you can return to again and again.

The course includes eight modules exploring:

  • Attachment

  • Survival response and the nervous system

  • Neuroscience and how change happens

  • Black-and-white thinking

  • Boundaries

  • Emotional regulation

  • Mindfulness

  • Self-compassion

Wants & Needs

Wants & Needs is a standalone module designed to help you reconnect with a foundational part of self-connection: recognizing and honoring your own needs.

In codependency and anxious attachment, people adapt to their environments in order to maintain connection. Over time, they learn to focus on others while losing touch with, or overriding, their own internal signals.

Through short teachings and guided exercises, this module supports you in beginning to notice your needs again. You explore the difference between wants and needs and practice simple ways of checking in with yourself throughout the day.

The module includes six short video lessons along with grounding exercises, reflective writing prompts, a body-based awareness practice, and a drawing exercise designed to help you listen inward without becoming overwhelmed.

This work is not about doing it perfectly. It is about noticing, listening, and responding to yourself in small, consistent ways.

Roundtable

Coming Soon!

Roundtable is an online discussion space for people who have participated in my codependency groups or the self-paced course Returning to You.

Each session begins with a brief grounding and then moves into a structured roundtable format where participants bring questions from their own lives. Together, we reflect, write, and share tools and perspectives.

The intention is to create a thoughtful space for continued learning and exploration while staying connected to yourself and your own experience.

Sessions are recorded and organized into a searchable library so you can return to the discussions as needed.

Roundtable is an educational offering and is not therapy.

If you are interested in joining Roundtable when it becomes available, you are invited to email me.
