For adults who have lost touch with themselves

Relational wounding happens day by day.

If as a child, you learned to be responsible, to anticipate others’ needs, to measure your worth by how helpful or capable you were, or to disappear, you were adapting to your environment.

If as an adult, you feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of who you are, you are not broken. You are using coping strategies that once kept you safe but now keep you small, limiting your ability to have your voice and connection in the world.

Together, we can explore how those adaptations formed and how they show up now.

By building awareness and discernment in the present, you can begin to pause, reflect, and respond in ways that feel more aligned with who you are, rather than reacting automatically from the past.
